Objectives
Rebrand
To rebrand from a primarily developer & publisher-focused boutique company focused on one vertical -> focus on multiple verticals & industries, while also supporting the emerging field of AI.
Keyword Strategy
To develop a keyword strategy that supports LAI's main objectives - increasing high-value traffic while quickly boosting impressions & conversions.
Website Architecture
To build website architecture to support LAI's keyword strategy through pillar pages, cluster pages, landing pages and calls-to-actions (CTA's), establishing LAI as a domain authority.
Google Ads / PPC
To launch a Google Ad campaign that increased impressions and conversions.

Rebrand
At the start of this project, I was given a bare-bones website structure and a few verticals and industries to target.
I assessed the competition in each area and analyzed the language they used to describe their services to appeal to prospective clients.
I positioned LAI to stand out from competitors by incorporating the company's unique selling points throughout the on-page, off-page and local SEO strategies.
By focusing on backlinks with high authority in strategic verticals first, I improved LAI's keywords from no-ranking to the first pages of Google in just a few months.
Keyword Strategy & Competitive Analysis
I strategically developed a mix of medium and low competition to implement long-term & short-term strategies.
Competitive analysis was a key part of my strategy - determining what worked and what didn't on competitor websites across website structure and design, positioning of key services, CTA's and keyword traffic.
